Veda Leclerc is a functional nutrition practitioner on a mission to help women stop feeling sick and tired and start getting real answers. Through root-cause testing, food guidance, and high-touch coaching, she helps her clients glow from the inside out, not through quick fixes, but through programs designed to actually last.


She's the kind of practitioner who reads every book, takes every course, and genuinely nerds out over health. Her clients feel that. The connection, the care, the follow-through: that part was never the problem.

WHAT WE FOUND IN THE AUDIT

 

When Veda came to us, she was running a thriving practice: great clients, real results, a small team forming around her. From the outside, things looked good.


From the inside, she was holding everything together with memory and willpower.

  1. Lead tracking lived in a Google Sheet. Client progress depended on her remembering who was quiet.

  2. Her VA was sending 25 outreach DMs a day with no way to track what was converting. Contracts were missing key clauses.

  3. There was no client lifecycle tracker, no SOP library, no off boarding process. And Veda, the CEO, the practitioner, the content creator, the admin , was every department at once.

WHAT WE BUILT TOGETHER


Over 8 weeks, we gave Veda's business a real home. One place where everything lived, everything made sense, and nothing depended on her remembering what to do next.


Before, her VA was sending out DMs every day with no way to know what was actually working. We fixed that by creating a clear handoff system (: this {enrollment specialist} handles the outreach, and the moment someone shows interest, Veda gets notified and takes it from there. No leads getting lost and no one stepping on each other's toes. We also,

 

Built a simple tracker so Veda could see exactly where every client was in their journey at any given moment, just starting, in the middle of their program, or wrapping up. Instead of keeping that in her head, it was all right there on her screen.

Made her application process automatic. When someone was ready to join, they got a link to sign up on their own. When someone wanted to talk first, they got a link to book a call. No more manually sorting through forms or chasing people down over DMs.

Made sure her team was properly set up on paper: tracking contracts, tax forms, and who had access to what, so nothing would come back to bite her later.

 

And finally, we connected all the tools she was already using:

  • her client platform,

  • her task manager

  • her email list.


So they actually talked to each other instead of creating more work for her.

 

The goal was simple: Veda should be able to open her laptop in the morning and know exactly what needs her attention.

 


The Real Shift

 

A few months after wrapping, Veda hired a ClickUp-certified VA admin because for the first time, her business was documented well enough that someone else could actually step in.
